1. Information We Collect

StrategyMap AI is operated by Common Thread Group LLC. We collect the information you provide during intake, including your email address, business profile, tools, bottlenecks, goals, and other details needed to generate your report.

2. How We Use Information

We use your information to verify your email address, generate your StrategyMap AI report, send verification, confirmation and delivery emails, provide support, prevent duplicate report generation, and improve the service.

3. Service Providers

StrategyMap AI may process information through third-party providers used to operate the service, including AI report generation, background job processing, email delivery, hosting, report/session storage, and web analytics.

Vercel Web Analytics receives pageviews on approved public pages and generic funnel event names such as “intake_started” or “sample_report_viewed.” Analytics page paths have query strings removed. The analytics events do not include intake answers, email addresses, report links or tokens, or custom event properties. Vercel may process request and browser information, such as device and browser type, referring site, approximate location, timestamp, and an anonymous visitor identifier, to provide aggregate reports. Private report pages and other unapproved paths are excluded.

A separate intake diagnostic beacon may record an event name, intake phase, turn counts, and an internal session identifier in Vercel function logs. It does not record answer text or email addresses. You can include or exclude this browser from both analytics and diagnostic beacons at analytics preferences. The choice is stored in this browser. A link containing ?analytics=off applies the exclusion before the first analytics event. The preference is stored locally when browser storage is available.

4. Sensitive Information

Do not submit passwords, API keys, payment card numbers, regulated health information, or other highly sensitive information unless specifically requested through a secure channel. The intake is designed for business context, not confidential credential sharing.

5. Retention

We retain report/session tracking records — including your generated report content, used to serve your hosted report page and PDF download — for operational support and duplicate-prevention purposes. The default retention window is 90 days unless configured otherwise, matching how long your report link stays valid.
